We are looking for an individual that is comfortable in a WORKSHOP setting, working with tools. machines and your hands. We will train the details if you are comfortable in a shop setting. If you have experience in cutting leather or fabrics, hand assembly, factory settings or general fabrication we would like to interview you for a position. Must be good with your hands and have some general familiarity in workshop or factory setting.
A great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual that likes to create and work with their hands and build great, higher quality products . You will work in a small-team environment (7-10 people) building premium leather goods in a small-production environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in a workshop working with tools and your hands. If you have past assembly experience, woodworking, hand assembly or other manufacturing experience we will train you to work with leather. We do work in a production setting with efficiency and attention to detail are key.
PRE-SEW PREP & CUTTING
Working with leather panels, strips & fabrics
Folding, applying adhesives
Marking & punching holes
Setting rivets on kick press
Embossing leather & logos
Cutting belts and leather straps
Use of some light machines
Must be good with your hands
Working in a production environment
Experience preferred but not required for this position
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good attitude & ready to work
Team player with high work ethic and crafting skills
Assembly, workshop, manufacturing or any other hand-work experience is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the US with proper documentation

We are a small family-oriented business that strives to provide a stable and positive environment for its employees.
$18-$20 per hour (starting hourly wage) - Pay will move with your experience and job performance
25-40hrs p/wk. Morning shift, Monday through Friday.
